This guide explains how to connect automations to your opportunities (potential sales) in your GoHighPRO sales pipeline. It covers two scenarios:
1. Automatically adding someone to your pipeline when they book a call:
Go to Automations.
Go to Opportunities > Sales Pipeline.
Choose the call type (e.g., sales call, discovery call) that should trigger adding someone to the pipeline.
Click on the chosen call booking automation.
If necessary, add a trigger: “Customer booked the appointment.”
You can also add additional actions like sending notifications, emails, or reminders.
Click the “+” symbol to add an action: “Create or update opportunity”.
Choose the pipeline (e.g., Sales Pipeline).
Select the stage where you want to add new leads (e.g., Booked Call).
Optionally, fill in details like lead value or opportunity source.
Click “Save”.
2. Automatically sending a follow-up email when someone no-shows for a call:
Go to Automations.
Click “Create a brand new one”.
Choose the trigger: “Opportunity changed”.
Set the filter:
Opportunity pipeline: Sales Pipeline
Pipeline stage: No Show Canceled
Click “Save”.
Under “Builder”, add an action: “Send Email”.
Craft your email content (subject line, body).
Optionally, set a delay before sending the email (e.g., wait 1 hour or 2 days).
Click “Save”.
