SOP: Deleting Opportunities from a Pipeline

Objective

The objective of this SOP is to guide team members on how to delete opportunities from a pipeline in order to start fresh.

Key Steps

Go to Settings.
Select Opportunities and Pipelines.
Choose Pipelines.
Locate the specific pipeline from which you want to delete opportunities.
Click on the trash icon.
Confirm if you want to delete all opportunities from inside the pipeline.
Click OK to proceed.
Confirm if you want to delete the entire pipeline.
Select "No" if you only want to delete the opportunities.
Reach out for support if needed.

Cautionary Notes

Ensure that you are deleting the correct opportunities and pipeline to avoid irreversible actions.
Double-check before confirming the deletion to prevent accidental data loss.
